I would happily return, everything was good. It's a modern and fairly clean hotel, rooms are exceptionally clean. The atmosphere of the property is quiet. The breakfast is large with cheeses and jams, for instance, there’s an option for each taste:)))

fantastic little and modern hotel, stayed here for 1 night and had a very nice experience. the food was well presented - good choice of options. the setting was particularly good, adjacent to the main attractions, marienplatz, which is in centre, and the messe exhibition centre. the breakfasts were varied and large and the service was excellent. took the advantage of the parking on street.

Clean hotel in a nice building near both conference centre and train station in Reim and the centre of Munich and bus stop and Riem S-bahn train station. Excellent helpful staff, handy location in a pleasant neighbourhood. Great to have a traditional restaurant with reasonably priced very good food and excellent service. Overall really really nice stay for the last night of my three week European road trip.

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

My room was both practical and spotless with good en suite bathroom and a balcony and Queen bed. The staff were all accommodating, fairly friendly. The setting was favourable, very close to a historic Church in the heart of the village 'square' and cozzy pubs.

This charming Bavarian hotel is located in the heart of a traditional village, opposite a historic Church in the village square, and is conveniently accessible by public transport which runs past midnight and on the minute. It's a short walk to both the San Martino restaurant and the Messe exhibition centre. The friendly staff, cozy rooms with modern amenities, and delicious breakfast contribute to a comfortable stay.

Parking can be a hassle and is not convenient for those who want to access their car frequently.

The hotel is located in a charming area, right in the heart of the village square, opposite a historic church. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable with good en-suite bathrooms. The breakfast offered at the hotel is excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

Extremely good value for money, pleasant small hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel offers a quiet and peaceful environment that makes it perfect to recharge after a busy day. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay more pleasant. the breakfast is delicious and includes a wide range of options to satisfy different tastes.

The lack of free Wi-Fi in the rooms can be inconvenient for those who need to be connected at all times. the smell of smoke in some of the rooms can be very strong and unpleasant, which makes the stay uncomfortable for non-smokers.

Hotel and Restaurant staff is friendly. Not far from S-bahn Riem (7-10 min by foot). Silent district. Nice ouside hotel style - typical Bavarian. Every day room cleaning.

The pictures of the rooms on the website are not the same that real room. Old furniture in the room. Many tangled cables in full view. The bed located under the roof is not so comfortable (when you wake up you strike your head against the ceiling). WiFi at the room have a high price and it is not so good connection (but you can use free PC with Internet near the reception). The restaurant was closed in August, so we could have a breakfast there only.

The Landhotel Martinof offers an excellent rate price/quality. The hotel is 8 minutes walk from S-Banh Riem which connects to down town (Marien Platz only 6 stops from Riem - 25 minutes time). The single day ticket (Single-Tageskarte Inneraum) - 5.40 Euros - allows you to do all the journeys you want in the central zone for one person until the next morning (6 o'clock). More options are available at the automatic matchine in the Banhof station. There is also a bus (n° 189 - but I didn't use it) that directly connects the hotel to the Messe Munchen - aprox. 5-10 minutes). The hotel is very close to highways and you can easily find a park in the nearby. Eventually, in high season, it is also available a garage for 5 euro a day.

It would be perfect if a minibar and a safe box were also avaiable in the room.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, just a short walk away from the Riem S bahn station. This makes it easy to explore the city, as you can easily catch a train into central Munich. Additionally, the hotel is very close to Messe Munchen, making it an excellent choice if you are attending a trade fair.

The WiFi service at the hotel is unreliable and requires an additional fee.
